Please read my terms and conditions carefully before booking .These policies ensure a safe, supportive, and effective learning environment for everyone.

Bookings, payments, and cancellations

All group sessions must be paid in advance via online banking or cash. For one-to-one training appointments, a deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your slot.

Please note that all bookings are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your place is reserved, cancellations or missed sessions cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

I can also offer gift vouchers.

Health, safety, and equipment standards

To protect all dogs and participants, dogs must not attend training if they show any signs of illness, including sickness, diarrhoea, or coughing.

As a committed force-free practitioner, I do not permit aversive training tools. Prong collars, electronic shock collars, slip leads, and retractable leads are strictly prohibited during all training sessions.

Handler responsibility and behaviour

Handlers remain fully responsible for their dog's behaviour, wellbeing, and safety at all times during our classes and private appointments.

For the safety and comfort of the group, all dogs attending group sessions must be sociable and calm around other dogs and people, both on and off lead.
